I got a bunch as a Christmas present, and hoLY HECK THEY ARE NICE. There are so many shades, they're alcohol based so they blend really well, and hnnng I highly recommend them. Just make sure you get thicker paper! Copics are a mess to use on regular printer paper or in normal sketchpads, so I'd get a sketchpad labeled "Marker" or something like that.
I've never used them ;-;
One of my distant relatives got me a box of Copic Markers last Christmas and honestly, I have to admit, they are pretty good for blending.
They are alcohol-based, which makes them easier to blend and layer then your typical marker, although being alcohol based makes them expensive, at around 5 dollars per marker
I heard they're alcohol base markers
